Chris I stand corrected, you looked at the title and I looked at the part 
number!   

The SR44W part number listed is the high current KOH sony part. 
The low current NaOH Sony part is the SR44SW.
(See my document on Mark's site)
But the overall title muddies the water.

The Energizer 357/303 listed elsewhere on the website shows a part designator 
357BP. 

The BP denotes the low current 357/303, in Energizer literature. Unfortunately 
the current data sheet for 357/303 (BP) from Energizer shows even worse 
performance at high current than the older energizer datasheet data sheet for 
357/303, that I included in my document. 

The Energizer website still lists 357/303H, which is a higher current 357 and 
seems similar to the datasheet I included in my document for 357/303H. 
Unfortunately the 357/303H, seem very hard to find.
