     No, I simply used the preset 5300K setting.  You can change the colour 
temperature to compensate for excess yellow (setting sun) or excess blue (clear 
daytime sky) internally, similar to using 81 (warming) and 82 (cooling) glass 
filters.  I've used both but I prefer the glass as my judgement is oriented in 
that direction.

     No, it's a software process between the sensor image and the memory.  
Something in that process is not working as it should.
