Never ceases to amaze me that with the number of people in need of some
sort of shelter, there are a lot of buildings just allowed to decay. Seems
like there ought to be a way that we could figure out to use property like
that to advantage, and also somehow compensate the owners of that property
rather than let it simply crumble.
