BTW, I didn't respond before as I have no experience with the T10. I did
however get a T8 + Power Control used about 6-8 months ago. I like it a
lot. The light is very even and, therefore, pretty flat. For some things,
that's what you want. For others .. not. I'm thinking of trying to create a
different lighting effect by cutting a matte black piece of paper into a
crescent moon shape and taping it on one side of the T8 flash reflector to
'hold back' the light from one side of the flash. I'm thinking it should act
like turning the power ratio down on one side. We'll see.
