This eliminates the mirror vibration but not
the shutter shudder.  Although the 2 and 4
seems more steady than the 1 and 3.

I like that bean bag on top idea.  I could just use my head!
I'm full of beans anyway.  :-)

Is most of the exposure after the vibrations stop?
That is where the "hand shake" would really have effect.
For sure the shutter shudder is there but it is
magnified with telephoto.  I guess the same goes for Macro.
One more thing, is this shutter shudder the first curtain or the second?
Longer exposures and a laser pointer would tell.
