May be not only sales, I think the after sales service is also very bad
today. I have very bad experience with Nikon LS2000 scanner's service, the
service was directly run by Nikon not sub-contracted. I also heard people
had bad experience with the Olympus Digital authorized distributor here in
Hong Kong (they are differ from the film camera distributor). They just put
back the failed units which returned by customer back for sales! I have
purchased a focusing off E-10 and replaced another new one but found to have
setting dial problem. Since the problem is small, I just don't want to take
another chance to get another one or even repair. Their non professional
work just make me worry. Not only here, I also heard from rec.photo.digital
that people have bad experience in US with Fuji DC service.
