Just for the record, setting the dial to B/60 prevents the meter from
turning on if the release is pressed partway, it does not turn baseline
drain off (wish it did!)

| Almost right Chris,

| Following John H's recommendation of a 357 battery and putting the OM-4 on
| either B or 1/60th when not shooting provides me with 1yr + of battery
life
| (and I shoot a lot) easily. Yes my OM-4 is the "old" circuit board -
| previous to John's advice I was going through SR-44s in 3 months.
