Yes, you mentioned before that they are very precious. I am just about to find
more information on it. The Olympus Macro Manual is very short about this.

The aperture lever works fine on mine. I can do without flat field macro, as I
am interested to use it for close-ups in the field. This seems to be very nice,
as you don't have to shift extension rings all the time.
