Nice shots CH. Did you pose them, or were the models moving from
pose to pose as they pleased?

I had similar problems with the weather yesterday: I went to support
our rowing team in a regatta at Peterborough in quite shabby weather
- low cloud, wind and driving rain. I had Provia 400F which I
uprated to 800, to get me 1/250 at 8 on my 50-250. Gary Edwards has
mentioned in the past that Provia uprates nicely, but I shall just
have to wait and see whether my handholding and Camcane use will
work. Our boys' team won by the way against 6 other University Air
Squadron teams.

Has anyone else had a problem with the 50-250 on an OM4? My mirror
jammed up occasionally, only to release after anything up to a
minute. I had new batteries in and the problem seemed to be sorted
out by using manual shutter speeds. I began to wonder if the mirror
was engaging with the rear of the lens, but I could see no witness
marks on either mirror or lens.

Hi all,

Here come my yearly model shoot 2003, as usual there were around 400
photographers. This year the weather was very bad and the fastest film I
carried was 160NC. Only took around 50 shots, I have fixed the shutter at
1/125s even I know some will be under exposed (1/60s was almost impossible
for me at the situation). Even at 1/125s I wasn't stable enough and many are
out focus too. For the last ten minutes (the session was around 45 minutes)
it was raining heavily and I had gave my 4Ti and 90/2 a challenge, although
they are totally wet but still worked fine.
