Hi Ross:
I agree with Jim's comment, and have gone through a couple of issues. I
would use the Square trade if it was offered or use the dispute resolution
vehicle righyt away, there is a 30 day timeline on them. Did you use PayPal?
there is some protection there, but not much. Is it a larger seller?
