Oh, m' Gawd! Sorry, sorry, sorry! The mouse finger twitched at the wrong time
as the pointer hovered betwixt possibilities. I am most contrite, apologetic,
and maybe a beer or two over the line. Oops and double Oops!
To make a long story short, that was an e-mail meant for my still-working wife,
with my Cap'n D take-away instructions. Her cell phone broke over the weekend,
and Cingular -- the bastards -- have* such crappy customer service that,
instead of replacing it in the store, they have to Fed-Ex one to us. That's
not so bad, but then the damn thing, a piece of electronic crap worth, at most,
realistically, $30, has to be signed for! So I've been under house arrest all
day waiting on the %#**&^($ thing.
And to think, I once had a package from B&H with an OM-4Ti, MD2, M15V NiCd
pack, all worth close to $2000, left sitting by the door, just waiting till I
got home to find it.
I would post a copy of the letter I'm writing, but I'm afraid it would offend
at least half of the subscribers to this list.
