Thank you. It's Oregon and the Mt. Saint Helens area in Washington. The B&W
picture shows the north side of Mt. Saint Helens that was devastated by
expolsion and then covered by mud/lava flow. The summit is now growing again
as the cone in the middle keeps growing (and letting off steam).
