I was using v.1.1 according to the cam. and a 133x class ten card. Slow as a
wet week in Wigan.

Saw that. 1. There SHOULD be a filter ring thread. 2. The hood should be
included!

Glad to hear. Don't let me rain on your parade. I suspect that I would get to
love it with time. After all, I've survived Contax G and Leica...
