It does have slats, but you can't see whether they are movable.  The Storch has 
automatic slats, I think.

I enjoyed those videos, particularly as they led me to the Mosquito at 
NorthWeald in 1996, thence to the report on the crash of the same Mozzy -- a 
month later.
