It's not exactly magic, and I'm a complete RawTherapee newbie. Various
colour and tone curve adjustments (some in LAB colour space) together
with some subtle highlights/shadows etc to approximate the dynamic
range. I also drop most of the blue colour channel. Not scientifically
correct when wanting to simulate Adox CHS films, but it visually "looks"
right to me, and gets rid of the loads of noise in the E-5's blue
channel.
Once I've perfected it, I'll maybe share it :-) As long as it doesn't
become the "generic signature film style"... LOL
