That was until IBM took over completely after version 2.00.
Other problem was IBM was making all the money from servicing
Windows machines, thats were the money was, OS/2 did provide
after sales income, I know, I was one of those doing the call outs,
"oh, nothing wrong with the hardware, its a Windows problem,
would you like me to fix it while I'm here ? It's not covered
under the IBM warranty so you will be billed"

Works fine on a lot of other hardware, it was really only upto
v2.11 that OS/2 was touchy about what it was running on.

I'm sure one day I'll have to migrate to a different OS, I also
still have an RS/6000 with AIX 5.2 on it. I'll probably end up
running Linux though.
