Moccona is ok in the morning when we're in a hurry. We bought a Sunbeam
espresso machine a few years ago (under $200), the hard bit is getting
nice coffee that isn't too bitter. We buy a mild Lavazza espresso blend.
usually the orange one.

A nice milk frothing (which takes a little practice to get right) and
were in business. if it's evening and we're not going anywhere, a
teaspoon of butterscotch schnapps added to the coffee before the frothed
milk goes in makes 'erself's eyes light up :)

If it's just the coffee you want, a little stovetop espresso machine is
the way to go - mine was under $10 in the homewares bit of Woolies
(about 10 years ago). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moka_pot
