Hello Lisa.

You own a shoe and cord which connect the OM2 (not OM2N!) and the
older type Olympus OM 310 flash for off-camera TTL use. Unfortunately
it cannot be used for any of the T-series flashes or for your N-type
cameras.
Maybe you can (partly) trade them for a T-series cord and
auto-connector 4 which are the things you will need for off-camera use
of a T-32. 
The T-20 would give you other problems, since it has no jacket to
which the cord can be connected... it wasn't meant for off-camera use
in the first place.
