Well, I own a 28/2.0 Zuiko, and I've found that it's rapidly turning into one 
of my all-time favorite lenses, and the single most-likely lens to be mounted 
on my camera.  If the 2.8 version has the same noticeable lack of distortion as 
the 2.0, I'd say go with the 28mm.  You only get 9 degrees more viewing angle 
with the 24mm (84 for the 24mm versus 75 for the 28mm), but there are some 
issues with rectilinear distortion that I found kind of nasty.  By comparison, 
they're almost unnoticeable on the 28mm, and it's a particularly good lens 
indoors in relatively tight spaces.
