Where did you find that the Netherlands does not have Most Favored Nation
status with the U.S.? Maybe someone could on the list could courier
everybody's stuff to a Most Favored Nation country and send it from there?
Shoot, I'll go get everybody's stuff. Sounds like after Tom finishes with
Jaap I could fly over there, spend a few weeks and still save him some money?
