I regularly use both. I have a nice Kodak digital that does a fine job for
what it is good for.  It is just limited in what it is good for.  Would I be
happier with something like a Nikon D1 (or the mythical OM-6D), sure, but
I'm still not convinced the technology is there yet.

Instant is wonderful, and has its place, but it is not the final solution.
The print quality just isn't there yet.  The best digital cameras are
3.3megapixels.  My scanned negs are 18megapixels.  A world of difference.

They are wonderful for family snapshots though.
