I don't want to perpetuate this discussion too much, but I think I need to
address some of the points raised. First, and most important, my comments
were not meant as a personal attack on James. I appologise if they were
taken that way, that wasn't the intent. The point I was trying to raise was
that "commericial" selling of items should remain off the list. What is
considered "commercial" is obviously very subjective. Deriving a livelihood
from buying and selling would be one definition, but I think in the context
of out list that would be too restrictive. I personally group "opportunism"
into the commercial category and feel that there are better places for
that to take place. If the majority of group memebers feel that this is
appropriate use of the list (which appears to be the case), then I'm ok
with it, even if I may disagree. That's basically what I was trying to
solicit with my posting. I'm sorry if my posting angered you, please accept
my appologies.
