I am the chap from Calcutta, India. I think some of you can help me out.
The problem:
It is notoriously difficult , if not impossible, to get OM stuff
here(Calcutta).
It is the same story on the lens front. OM-mount lens are hard to come by. I
have the 70-210 besides the 35-70 that comes with the OM-2000. In order to
keep my system alive Tamron looks promising as the lenses are quite
plentiful here but the adaptall II for OM is not.
The solution:
A friend of mine will be visiting the USA in a week or so. He can get me the
mount and perhaps a 28 .
The help I need:
Last time he was there he went to Ritz but they apparently do not stock OM
stuff.
This friend of mine will be staying somewhere around
Professional Drive
Gaithersberg
Washington DC
Maryland
As his trip is of very short duration it would be very helpful if some of
you could advise about shops near to that location where the adaptall mount
and other OM equipments might be available.
