Unfortunately rates have been declining since about 1999 and the chances
are becoming less and less as time passes. We'll just have to wait for
Temple-Tuttle to pass by again! You could try the Geminids in early
December and the Ursids around about 23rd December can sometimes put on
a good show (mostly they only have a ZHR or ~3-4 IIRC).
