All you need is a so-called OM-to-EOS adapter, which can be had on
ePay by the score, or you can buy a really high-quality version from
Camera Quest at:

Once mounted, OM lenses act like full manual lenses on the 5D. I'm
still trying to get an adapter for not too much cash so's I can mount
my Zuiko 21/2.0 on my buddy's 5D and take 'er for a spin (I've read
good things about the combination).
