An itsybitsy teflon spary on the bearing, applied with a toothpick, that is
wat it say in

resource that hares or has its origin with the list.

Or just forget about manual control, and use spotmeter-automatic, just like
the camera is designed :)
Just my two cents, but I honestly hardly ever switch to manual.
