I try to comment on all responses, Chris, if I have something to say
besides "Thanks for looking".  There are so many complaints about the
amount of traffic on the e-mails lists (something that has never bothered
me!), that I try to be considerate of others' mailboxes.  I'm sorry if I
didn't respond when you expected it.
