It certainly is a global market, over the last couple months I've sold a
65-200mm and a 40mm F2 on eBay - Both went to Japanese buyers. I also
purchased a 90mm F2 from a list member in Korea (thanks Woody!!)
All these transactions were no more difficult that a purchase or sale to
someone in the USA.
