Yes, all OM-3, 4, 2S, PC, 40 have battery drain.  It is highest when the 
shutter is being held open.  When the meter display turns off, the baseline 
drain is still there.  It was greatly improved in the 3Ti and 4T/Ti. 
Turning the shutter speed dial to B/60 does not turn the drain off. The 2S 
had such a short production run, new circuits with lower drain were never 
produced.  The flash LED modification for the 2S came out after Olympus had 
stopped selling the 2S new.
