Thanks again, so I can be pretty sure this 200mm one will fit the normal OM
(and hence my e500 with the adapter).

What a relief to find this huge network of knowledgeable and helpful Olympus
enthusiasts!

I am living in southern Sydney - Rockdale. I am originally from Country NSW,
a town called Young.
