I was so full of our own good outcome (he came home yesterday, 100% apart from 
his shoulder) that I confess I'd forgotten your desperate situation. 
Having had just a small taste of it, I can now fully appreciate the grim misery 
of your situation. I know one learns to cope - but how? 
Good luck for getting through yet another trough. 
I hope the ICU there is as good as the trauma unit that treated my son - it was 
remarkable.
