Hi, Y'all-
Southern New Jersey had several of them about 30 years ago, but it seems that
many have been replaced with normal intersections.
There are at least two in the Dallas / Fort Worth area, but one is in a parking
lot and has stop signs on all the entry points.

No. Roundabouts (traffic circles) are very rare in the US outside of
Massachusetts where they are quite common (but small). We've just had a small
one installed in the center of Binghamton, NY about 8 miles from my house. I'm
sure there must be more but it's the only one I know of in the state. I would
be very surprised if there's a single roundabout anywhere west of the
Mississippi river.
