Upon search information about Panasonic FZ1000 from internet, seems it is
the best choice under HK$8,000 (HK wholesaler) or HK$6,000 (parallel
import) for both still image & video shooting except its weight over 800g.
The maximum recording time will be a concern for the videos for working,

have found a post in dpreview that if 40 mins for 32GB SDXC card is
acceptable.

However, related the disadvantages of playing back AVCHD video directly on
Mac OS in the 2nd article, my Apple cinema is old type 20" with 1680 x
1050. That means I have to convert the AVCHD video every time before
playing? Oh! My God!

For shooting time, you won't need anything long unless shooting concert
but you can always find a break to make a brief stop. We seldom shoot

than a minute per clip for travel video.
Even E-M5 II has more output options, it still lack the professional
features like output at 0-255 (for PC) or 16-255 (for TV) and different
tonal curves for post processing. It also has softer video output
compared
with FZ1000 and there is rolling shutter and jello effect.

There are seldom discussion about video shooting of XT-1 in Hong Kong
photography forums and just rough comments XT-1 video shooting is suck.
I'm not sure the information is correct or not? Any comment?
By the way, I'm working in operating of MTR. Recent I am invited to
produce
an video as training material for control centre colleagues. As a single
trip for Airport Express is about 32 mins but the recording time max. 29
mins for Olympus stuffs. Thus, a longer recording time or no limit
recording time until the memory card full is preferably. Any
recommendation
too?
