Hurricane Matthew achieved category 4 strength a few hours ago. At this
time, NHC and UKMET are both forecasting Matthew returning to Florida late
Tuesday, with UKMET forecasting it entering the Straits of Florida on
Wednesday. So, Havana is going to be getting some of this.
