You are right, of course. I responded to your post rather than take the time to go back in the Digest to find the earlier posts in this thread that specifically spoke of the MF experience as the way to find out about thoughtful, unrushed photography, which can then be brought back to 35mm. I did refer to recent threads and not just your post. Sorry if I offended.
I did enjoy the response from John (Pandionhalietius@xxxxxxx):

"With a motor driven camera and 36 exposues rolls with fast reload my mind goes into warp speed with promise and carelessness."

I have lots of OM bodies and no motor drive. State of mind may (in some cases, as you say) be changed without buying a new camera system.

True, but you'll note that in my post I simply said that some users of large
format kits say the slow pace of the format is an advantage. That doesn't
mean that you can't work slowly with smaller formats, just that some people
find that it helps to be forced to work slowly.
