Welcome.  Please don't apologize for your English - it is just fine, and far
better than my French.

Standard advice for wildlife photography: buy the longest, fastest lens that
you can afford; and it won't be long or fast enough.  ;-)

The Zuiko 300 mm f/4.5 is a fine lens and would be a good start.

A former member of this list, Gary Reese, has posted his epic work of lens
performance measurements at

It is an invaluable resource and includes third party lenses as well as
Zuikos.
