Nope, I'm afraid not. I've been trying not to make a pest of myself at
the repair shop, even though I have quite a stack of used 55mm and 58mm
to test. I did do a Canon FD 135mm f/3.5 Pre-S.C. breech test with and
without generic and Canon brand filters, but only wide open. Check out

In a nutshell, they showed almost no image deterioration, with the Canon
filter marginally better.
I never looked at those filter under a vertical autocollimator, so I
can't comment on how good or bad the star image was.
